PGH Attorney Matt Glover Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit in Geneva County, Alabama

PGH attorney Matt Glover has filed a wrongful death lawsuit in Geneva County, Alabama. Matt is working on this case with attorney Jeff Gray from Geneva. The multi vehicle collision that killed our client happened when an intoxicated driver travelling northbound crossed the center line striking our client’s car in the southbound lane. This action caused our client to lose control of her car sliding sideways into the northbound lane. A tractor trailer rig going over the posted speed limit then struck our client’s car. This impact proved fatal. If anyone has information about this accident, please let us know. Firm investigator and former Tuscaloosa police chief Ken Swindle is working on the investigation.
