PGH partner Josh Hayes Settles Car Wreck Lawsuit Involving Post Collision Fire

PGH partner, Josh Hayes, recently settled a car wreck lawsuit involving a post collision fire which took the life of the daughter of our client. In addition to her own injuries, our client had to witness her daughter’s death. Several complicated issues had to be resolved in this case, including an appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the 2^nd Circuit in New York, New York. Attorney Marc Keahey of Grove Hill, Alabama associated Josh on this case.
