PGH Partner Matt Glover Settles 18 Wheeler Case

PGH partner, Matt Glover, has settled, for an undisclosed amount, a lawsuit involving an 18-wheeler which struck and killed the parents of our client. PGH attorney Coe Baxter assisted Matt in the investigation, research and prosecution of the case. Matt hired an accident reconstructionist whose report concluded that if the 18-wheeler had been going the speed limit, the collision could have been avoided. Matt and Coe obtained the truck driver’s driving record which revealed that he had been convicted of several driving offenses including careless driving and leaving an accident scene before police arrived. Because of Matt’s extensive experience in handling cases involving truck wrecks, he knows that speed and inattention on the part of the truck driver are the cause of many collisions.
