Matt Glover Settles Complaint Alleging Breach of Contract, Fraud, Etc.

A pro-tanto settlement was reached with one of 7 defendants in a lawsuit alleging breach of warranty, unjust enrichment, fraud, fraudulent suppression, negligence and wantonness, breach of contract, breach of assumed duty, bad faith, and seeking to quiet title. PGH attorney Matt Glover successfully negotiated the confidential settlement. The lawsuit against the other 6 defendants remains pending in the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.
