Coe Baxter, Prince Glover Hayes Associate, Files Lawsuit in Tuscaloosa County Circuit Court

PGH associate, Coe Baxter, recently filed a lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County.  The lawsuit involves a car wreck that occurred on Rice Mile Road, NE in Tuscaloosa.  Coe’s client was traveling in the southbound lane and the adverse driver, traveling in the northbound lane,  made a left turn across the intersection colliding with Coe’s client.  Coe also named as a party defendant the owner of the adverse driver’s vehicle.  Count 1 of the complaint alleges negligence on the part of the adverse driver and further alleges the owner’s vicarious liability for the conduct of the driver. Count 2 alleges the owner negligently entrusted the vehicle to the adverse driver and as a proximate result of that entrustment, Coe’s client was injured.  Count 3 alleges the owner negligently hired, supervised and/or retained the adverse driver and that resulted in the injuries to Coe’s client.  Coe demanded that this case be tried by a jury.  Along with the complaint, Coe filed interrogatories and requests for production  to both defendants.  Prince Glover Hayes has handled thousands of car accident cases all across Alabama and the southeast.  If you or a loved one has been injured in a car wreck and need legal assistance, call Prince Glover Hayes for a free consultation.
