Coe Baxter, Prince Glover Hayes Associate, Settles Car Wreck Claim

On April 27, 2021, Coe Baxter disbursed settlement funds he obtained for his clients, Lakeysha Hinton and her daughter, Kobrea. They were injured in a car wreck at the intersection of McFarland Boulevard and 13^th Street East in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. Ms. Hinton was traveling northbound on McFarland Boulevard and as she entered the intersection of 13^th Street had the right of way. The adverse driver was traveling southbound on McFarland and attempted to turn left onto 13^th Street East and in so doing, turned in front of Ms. Hinton causing the collision. Thankfully Ms. Hinton and Kobrea were not injured too severely, although Ms. Hinton did suffer injuries to her neck, back, chest and finger. Kobrea suffered injuries to her neck and right leg. Coe and his legal assistant, Windy Robinson were happy that the claims were settled to Ms. Hinton’s satisfaction.
