Prince Glover Hayes partner, Matt Glover, filed a lawsuit in Pickens County, Alabama against a corporation that owned a tractor-trailer that was involved in a collision.  When making a turn, the corporation’s driver allowed logs on the trailer to roll off and crash into Matt’s client’s pickup truck.  The driver fled the scene.  Matt alleged in the complaint that the defendant corporation was vicariously liable for the negligent conduct of its driver.  Matt will be working with Tim McCool, a Pickens County attorney, on the case.  If you or someone you know or love has been injured in a wreck involving a tractor-trailer, 18-wheeler or other large commercial truck, please contact Prince Glover Hayes at 205-345-1234.
