PGH Partner Bob Prince Files Car Accident Complaint for Client

PGH partner, Bob Prince recently filed a complaint for a client who was injured in a car accident. Although Mr. Prince was able to settle for the policy limits with the at fault driver’s insurer, this amount was insufficient to cover our client’s damages. Mr. Prince then made a claim on our client’s two insurance carriers pursuant to the Underinsured Motorist Coverage our client had purchased. A settlement of these claims was not reached requiring the filing of a lawsuit. PGH would like to take this opportunity to encourage the purchase of Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Coverage. This coverage is relatively inexpensive and can be very beneficial in the event you are injured by someone who only has the minimum coverage required.
