Blake’s client was seriously injured when he was rear-ended by another vehicle. The evidence uncovered in the case revealed that the driver of the other vehicle, a named defendant in the lawsuit, was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision.  Blake was able to negotiate a settlement with the other driver’s insurance company shortly after his client gave deposition testimony.
