On February 28, 2019, the Tuscaloosa Exchange Club honored 5 law enforcement officers at a luncheon during which Attorney General Steve Marshall was the guest speaker.  PGH’s own Ken Swindle, retired City of Tuscaloosa Chief of Police, coordinated the event and was the emcee of the program (something he has done for the past 31 years!).  PGH congratulates the following outstanding officers and thanks them for their service to our community:

Shane Galloway (K9 Office; Northport Police Department); Senior Trooper Harold Robinson (Alabama Law Enforcement Agency); Officer Rachel Grooms (University of Alabama Police Department); Deputy Mark Weaver, retired (Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Department) ,and  Lieutenant Darren Beams (City of Tuscaloosa Police Department).
